Yichang Three Gorges Quantong Coated And Galvanized Plate Co., Ltd. is a large-scale cooperation dedicated to producing galvanized & pre-painted steel coils, located in Yichang, Hubei Province, nearby the world spotlight Three Gorges Dam. We are developed from our former factory - Tangshan Heng Tong Group, who has been specialized in manufacturing HDGI and PPGI for more than 10 years.
Our scale:
3,300,000 square meters; annual output of 10,000,000 metric tons of pickling, cold-rolled, galvanized and pre-painted coils; 40 galvanized production lines.
Our technique:
Quantong patent eight-roll five-stand cold rolling line, some advanced equipment and technique such as FOEN air knives, Miebeach and Italian ideal laser welding machines, etc.
Our products:
Besides conventional galvanized & pre-painted coils with regular/zero spangle, skinpass, anti-finger treatment, and CR+3/ CR+6 passivation treatment, we have researched and created a new product called high anti-corrosion galvanized coil (HAC GI) which can completely replace the conventional HDGI and GL. In the near future, we will also offer cold-rolled steel, electro tin plate, electro chromium plates, cold-rolled and annealed steel, etc.
