High Anti-corrosion Galvanized Coils (HAC GI) 

Brief Introduction 

High Anti-corrosion Galvanized Coils (HAC GI) series are developed and created by the R&D team of Three Gorges Quan Tong independently. It increases the anti-corrosion properties to above 3 times more than conventional Hot Dipped Galvanized Coils (HDGI) and Galvalume Coils (GL) under the same zinc coating weight condition by changing the element composition. It will play a role of model and guide in the field of conventional HDGI and GL in China and can replace the conventional HDGI and GL completely, because of its better anti-corrosion properties.

 It can be classified to sub-gloss type (zero spangle, small spangle) and bright type (regular spangle) according to the gloss difference of the surface. We can also make CR+ 3 passivation treatment.

Base Metal for Prepainted Galvanized Coils (PPGI)

 By using high anti-corrosion galvanized coils (HAC GI) as base metal, the PPGI can have high anti-corrosion property which is above 3 times more than conventional PPGI, as well as with superior properties of cold bending and deep-drawing.
